Ladies Pembrokeshire Surf and Sup Tours

Ladies... We would like to let you know that we only have a few places left on our ladies only surf & Sup weekend. So here is a little more information about it.

We will be running the weekend camp in Pembrokeshire, for females only. They will be taking part on the following date.

Dates : August 27 & 28th (Saturday & Sunday, am & pm) 

The women’s weekends are designed for all abilities including those who have never surfed before. The two days are split into 4 sessions The mornings will start at the beach at 10am and finish at around 12.15pm, then we break for lunch (you will need a packed lunch) and start again at 2pm-4pm.

The cost of the weekend is £135 per person which includes the following;

3 surfing sessions

1 Stand up paddle boarding adventure,

2 night’s accommodation (Fri & Sat) 

A free hoodie 

all the equipment needed for the weekend will be provided by us.

The course is designed to introduce more females to surfing & Sup 

(Stand Up Paddle Boarding) and develop those who are more advanced, however it is also based around meet people & having a lot of fun and also having an informal weekend, so I hope you can join us.

We are running the surf sessions from either Manorbier or Freshwater West beach, depending on the size of the surf & the Sup Adventure from stack pole key, so we ask everyone to call us at around 9am(Tel:01646680070) on the day of the course, so that we can confirm the venue.

About our instructors 

All our team are fully qualified ISA and surfing GB surf & Stand up paddle boarding coaches & beach lifeguards who will run you through the first stages of learning how to surf in Pembrokeshire. 

We will introduce you to the equipment, how to surf it and how to catch a wave. Safety is a big factor and you will be shown good awareness of your surroundings, whilst at the same time we can guarantee you will have a great time at some of the most beautiful beaches in Pembrokeshire.

Outer Reef Pembrokeshire Sup Tours

Stand up Paddle boarding in Pembrokeshire with Outer Reef Surf School.

We’re so lucky in Pembrokeshire as most of our coastline is a National Park and paddle boarding is one of the best ways to explore it.

On flat water, paddle boarding offers the ability to silently explore rivers, estuaries and coastlines but in the waves it enables you to catch them early and access breaks which other surfers can’t reach.

We run courses for the complete novice & Safari tour & train ISA sup instructors. We will run through the basics such as board and paddle types, foot positioning and sea safety. If you already surf, try a more advanced course covering paddle strokes, turning quickly, catching waves and board control in white water.

Just remember whilst you have all this fun it’s also developing your core fitness. Beats going to the gym any day!
