You will be learning to surf and Paddle board with our top ISA qualified instructors in our girls only Surf and Stand up paddle boarding weekends-your tuition includes the rental of the surfboard, paddle board, your wetsuit, 2 nights accommodation at Gupton Farm
The week will consist of 4x water sessions and a free Board riders hoodie. We will cover the basics of learning to surf & Sup including how to position yourself on the board, catch waves and pop up, and importantly how to understand your surroundings so you stay safe in the water.
Saturday morning we meet at 9.45am aiming to be in the water by around 10am. We run two in-water tuition sessions a day with a break for lunch in between. Bring your own packed lunch or check out Cafe Mor at the beach to re-fuel. After lunch.., we will head off to Stackpole Quay for a paddle boarding session.
On Saturday evening we usually all head to one of the amazing village pub for some well deserved post-surf food!
Sunday morning we are back in the water for more coaching, then during/after lunch you will have the opportunity for some Q and A with your coaches and advice on what to keep working on. We will also head to the local surf shop for a chat about some surf equipment, so if you have some questions about surfboards, wetsuits or any aspect of the sport, this is your chance to get all the answers and there is no such thing as a silly question here! Then we will all go for a super easy paddle boarding session.
We expect to be finished by 4:30
